This adidas backpack is for baseball gear, but it would work great for lacrosse and field hockey too. There’s a designated shoe compartment, so muddy cleats stay separated from your uniform and lunch. Strap your helmet down using the loop in the front. Bats or sticks can go in the loops on the sides.
